Did you hear we’re having a party?

It’s not too late to schedule your mammogram for this Saturday’s event! Our new Olathe clinic? Lee’s Summit? Overland Park? North Kansas City? Done and doner.

After a fun and successful weekend at our other two clinics, we’re doing it again!   By partnering with Susan G. Komen Greater Kansas City (as we love to do) we find ourselves going the extra mile when it comes to women’s breast health.

Whether it’s your first screening mammogram or fifteenth, whether you’re nervous because it’s new or bored because it isn’t– we aim to make things fun!   How, you ask? Well, we’ll have plenty on hand to augment the experience: from food to fun people, you’ll find yourself in a low-stress, woman-positive environment. Brunch, virgin mimosas, and get this: KC102.1 and Mix 99.3 radio stations will be broadcasting live from some of our locations! How cool is that?  

Early detection is the key to the best breast health. This means monthly self-exams, annual clinical breast exams and yearly screening mammograms. It also means you shouldn’t have to wait: waiting around for results can be nerve-wracking which is why we provide them immediately. No checking the mailbox everyday for that one slip of paper. We also provide convenient hours and walk-in services!  

One of the most important things that women don’t know is that new federal guidelines for women’s preventative care require you to be COVERED for your screening mammogram. No, you do not need to “reach your deductible.” No, you do not need to have specialized coverage. If you have insurance, you should be covered!
